  7. Time and Attendance system (TA) collects, verifies and costs labor, meals,
  8. project and equipment.  TA interfaces with ADP, Ceridian and Compu-Share HR
  9. and Payroll systems.  Input devices include CRT, PC's, and telephone; Also
  10. Intermec, Kronos, and Linx data terminals.

  12. TA is file driven providing significant flexibility.  Policy files allow
  13. definition of regular, overtime, doubletime, and shift differential by day,
  14. week or pay period.  A holiday calendar provides computation of holiday pay.
  15. Badge numbers are independent of employee number minimizing conversion effort.
  16. A job class file allows definition of pay used for specific job activity,
  17. which is carried into the Payroll system for pay calculation.

  19. Scheduling, including rotations, is provided.  Exception time keeping is
  20. supported using CRT and telephone devices.
